These cone-bottom steel grain silos, with capacities ranging from 15 to 1500 tons, are assembled from hot-dip galvanized corrugated steel sheets and feature a conical base (with an inclination angle of 35°–60°). They allow for gravity-based self-unloading—eliminating the need for manual bin sweeping—while ensuring clean discharge and excellent moisture resistance. Equipped with temperature monitoring and ventilation systems, the silos enable intelligent grain condition management and are ideal for applications requiring frequent loading and unloading, such as grain processing and feed production; however, the height of the cone increases significantly with the diameter, resulting in higher costs for the support structure in large-capacity models.
